Badger Alloys’ metal casting Testing and Research & Development Departments are dedicated to ensuring customers receive the highest quality castings. Our extensive on-site testing equipment and additional quality assurance capabilities support our certified professionals and highly trained metallurgist in their chemical analysis, mechanical analysis, metallographic analysis, non-destructive testing (NDT) and sand testing services.  Their work is detailed, precise, and crucial to the success of the casting process.
