Brad Moore Quoted in Washington Post Article

Brad Moore, Director of Sales Engineering for Badger Alloys, was quoted in Andrew Van Dam’s article in The Washington Post titled, “The most common job in America is an incredible three-way tie.” In it, Van Dam explores the country’s most — and least — common jobs. Interestingly, Van Dam’s research found that “wood pattern maker” is America’s least common job tracked by the federal government. And Badger Alloys employs two of them.

In the article, Moore is quoted as saying, “It is unquestionable that those who can build, maintain and understand traditional wooden pattern equipment are artists.” He continues, “Steel castings are absolutely everywhere. They impact every single person in their day-to-day lives, and nobody knows it.”
