MILWAUKEE, WIS — Badger Alloys, Inc., a full-service castings manufacturer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is pleased to announce that Alicia McCovery has been appointed Human Resources Manager. In this role, McCovery will be responsible for employee recruitment and retention, staff development, benefits and compensation planning, and HR policy development.
McCovery is a seasoned human resources professional with nearly 15 years of experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
